Wellbeing treatment sector in the modern financial system oriented world is contributing 8 to 15% towards the economic climate on the the vast majority of developing countries. Thus, the necessity of the overall health treatment sector simply cannot be undermined when compared to other worthwhile and earnings oriented sectors like tourism, companies, telecommunication, industry etc. (Walshe & Smith, 2011). Keeping in view the growing relevance on the wellness treatment sector and the revenues associated with it, the administration of health care has gained prime importance and special measures are being taken to manage this lucrative economic sector. Irrespective with the economic significance of this sector, there are few challenges from the management of wellbeing care which need to be accounted for keeping in view the present growth rate and rising relevance of health and fitness treatment sector. The potential troubles on the heath care administration can be analyzed in terms of provision and total administration with the health and fitness treatment. The provision of wellbeing care needs to be managed by the governments (Walshe & Smith, 2011). There are two aspects on the provision of well being care by the governments. The first aspect deals with bringing in more citizens under the purview of wellness insurance programs and to cater the low income classes in the insurance programs for provision of quality health treatment (Harvard Business Review, 2015). The other aspect deals with increasing the revenues either by bringing in more citizens within the insurance program or by levying taxes on the rich and high-income class. The Obama Care Act serves the both purposes. However, such measures need to be streamlined and implemented by every country to provide quality and cheap well being treatment to every citizen with the states. (Harvard Business Review, 2015) The main challenge in this regard is to deal with the controversies arising out of tax provisions of such acts and dealing with the scarcity of resources which need to be dealt with on priority in order to deliver the impact on the grass root level effectively and efficiently. The second challenge into the health care administration deals with the total health administration. On account of well being treatment plans like Obama Care, the organizations are facing an increased rate of costs in wellness treatment which are emerging as huge business problem. For example, a renowned airline had to manage an increase in its well being treatment costs, without reduction of benefits, into the extent of 5% between the years 2004 to 2005(Mathews, 2006). Therefore, inside the wake of increased costs of well being care, total administration or the cost management of well being treatment has gained prime value during the present era. Organizations have to face the challenge of total wellness management by managing the costs of health care through data-driven plan design, member education tools, personalized care management, data management, employees support service administration, and effective delivery of overall health treatment(Mathews, 2006). All these factors are the main part of total overall health management model which deals directly with the cost management of wellbeing care. The future of wellness treatment management lies while in the effective management of resources which must be aimed at provision of quality treatment for the patients with increasing revenues for the organization.
